Before you start
A few useful
details.
Can I fill it in on my phone?
Use a PDF reader that supports editable forms. Download the free preview, enter a weight, save, close and reopen it to confirm your reader keeps the entry.
Do I need a gym?
Many sessions use gym equipment, including both workouts in the preview. Every workout lists its equipment so you can check what you need before starting.
Will it keep my earlier weights automatically?
Each exercise field holds one current working weight. Save dated copies for earlier sessions, or use the included training journal for detailed set records and achieved reps.
How do I enter dumbbell weights?
Enter the combined weight across both hands: two 10 kg dumbbells = 20 kg. BW means bodyweight. Enter assistance or another unit explicitly when needed.
Is this a day-by-day training program?
The Log is a collection of workouts. Choose and repeat suitable sessions. The entry numbers help you find them again; they aren’t consecutive training days.
What does an asterisk mean?
It marks a suggested target or convention added where the original notes were incomplete. The original records and edition suggestions remain distinct.
